When trying to register my mobile broadband, when section 3 asks for number, I type in and press confirm and everytime it tells me this number already has a registered account, and it will not let me go any further.

Had you used this same SIM previously in a mobile phone and registered it to MyEE then?

It's mobile numbers not devices that MyEE registers. So it can equally well be used for your mobile router.

When registering my Pay and go broadband, when after entering my number, it say, s an account already exists for this number, but it does not, and it will not let me go any further, can anyone help?
