Does the EE 5G mobile broadband support WiFi6?

I am looking into getting a mobile broadband device to save tethering all the time as I travel and it would be easier through this. 

Does anyone know if the EE device supports wifi6? I've seen some elsewhere that support wifi 6, but I can't find out if the ee one does.

Hi @tim5686 

You understand that WiFi 6 is just the connection from your device to the router, it's somewhat irrelevant becase mobile broadband is reliant on the network connection the mobile network. 

You can also buy mobile broadband routers separately to the Sims.

What I'm asking is whether the ee device supports connecting my phone and
other devices via WiFi 6.

Thank you @JimM11 . Really helpful. Having continued to do some research myself, I've decided to go for my own router from Amazon rather than getting the EE device.
