Does anyone know how I can fix the issue with data bandwidth on a 4g router. I’ve been paying extra for more as I have several cameras at a farm monitoring livestock. I can only get connection to one or two sources at best. The problem is intermittent and seems to be linked to the type of top up. I managed to buy an ‘add-on’ at one point that gave a higher data rate, but can’t find that option any more online or in the new app. Which is completely useless BTW. There’s a couple of buttons on the page where it asks if the info was clear or not, somehow only the ‘yes’ button works… nasty design feature
I would really appreciate some help with this please

Does that mean you are on PAYG? When did you buy your SIM? PAYG SIM bought since March '23 are capped at 25 Meg.
