I have topped up but when I go to buy data I keep getting an error msg which says forbidden you do not have permission to access this resource 😐 any help much appreciated

Do you mean the http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase page? Yes, that's been Forbidden for about 2 weeks & EE hasn't yet fixed it. Try clearing your browser's cache & cookies. That might work temporarily.

Thank you for your reply, does this mean I just can't get any data top up or is there another way?

Please try clearing cookies and cache and opening a new web browser, and enter add-on.ee.co.uk, does this work for you?

Try texting ADD DATA to 150 & choose.

Hi sorry,  I've just realised I never said in my original post but it's a mobile 4g WiFi box I'm trying to add to not a mobile phone

I thought it was as you've posted in the Mobile BB forum. You should still be able to text from it. Does it show an envelope LED on it?
