Hi, I have a 4gee wifi mini ee71, that ive had for about 7 months, I've only used it a few times I warned it on today and its making out there is no service, I have a constant orange light on the signal indicator, I've reset a number of times and nothing, I've also tried the sim in a identical device and still nothing. Can some one advise please.
Thank you in advance

Is it on contract or PAYG? If PAYG, when did you last use it for a chargeable action?

So finally got to end of the problem, I had to add airtime credit
what I was not aware of was the pre loaded mobile broadband devices actually need airtime credit, which is not mentioned when purchasing these devices or when you register the device online,
So anyone who does come across when the device as no signal it comes across as though the device is corrupt just check you are in credit of airtime.

Pre-loaded mobile routers do come with a pre-loaded data allowance for a fixed no. of months, but it eventually expires or is exhausted. At which time you need to top it up & buy some more data from http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.
