Contract cancelled but sim is in a sim router and dont get messages

How on earth do I know when to to pay my bill when I get no notification until I get no service as the messages you send about payment only go to the router which is no good enough as no email letting me know is due.

Now I've just played and it say contract cancelled.

@Elliott78  you can log into the router as admin to pick up text messages as the device will receive text messages. You can even forward text messages if you set that up on the router and if you look at your EE account it will tell you when your bill is due.  it’ll be around the same date every month. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Most mobile routers can receive texts & reply to them. Login to it & look for the SMS Section/Inbox.
