Contacting EE for my wireless router issue - Stuck in a chatbot loop....

PNagle
Visitor

For 3 days I have only a single dot of signal strength on my EE router B625-261, I have No TV and limited internet -  I have powered off and reset numerous times.

If I dial 150 from my phone or the wife's phone it disconnects.

When I get to the chatbot it tells me  my wife's, mine or FAULT xxxxxxxxx number of the SIM in the router are NOT recognised. I have been going in this never ending loop for two days, I am currently at my sons house on his broadband so that I can try and talk to the outside world - How do you speak with a real person and not go into the endless loop of Text messages and chatbots that do not recognise any of your numbers ?

Hi @PNagle

Call EE over WiFi calling on 150, or Skype over WiFi using the number in my signature.

Thanks
