Constant cutting out, constant buffering, CONSTANTLY NOT WORKING!!!

I have a wireless router from EE on a sim only unlimited broadband data package, but for the last 7 days now Ive been constant and Im talking every few minutes to 30 minutes to an hour being cut off/disconnecting from the internet, EVERY single time Im online it will just disconnect.

Buffering...its a constant thing in everything I try and watch. I have subscription serves to things like Amazon Prime, havent been able to watch a single movie on their website for 7 days, or if the movie does start it constantly buffers!!!

The service recently has been beyond shocking!! Spoke to an advisor and he has given me a small discount on my next bill which is fair enough, but I simply cannot continue with such bad internet I mean I did a speed test I was getting 5...yes FIVE mbs and I am paying £44.62 for this???!!

Its a disgrace!! I need someone from EE to reply to this as I simply will not stay with you. You are offering a service that I willingly signed up to, but whatever is going on at EE they need o sort this issue out or I will break the contract, you are simply not even providing a downgraded service its shockingly bad, as I said if youre not providing the product you advertise then youre breaking terms and conditions.

So pee'd off with this now!!!!!

Ive had it for over 7 days now its simply not good enough THEY EE are breaking its own terms and conditions by providing such a shocking service!

I have things like amazon prime to watch movies and they are simply unwatchable, so the knock effect is that I am also paying Amazon [through no fault of their own] is that I am also paying for that service which I can use, this is really bad now and EE need to sort it out!

Hi there @gazzzzzza2003

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you enter the postcode on the coverage checker, and select 'check status' you will have the option to report the problem to us that you are having in the area. Our network team will get this looked into to see if this could be an issue with a mast and keep you updated.

Thanks.

Leanne

Thanks for the reply. There was an issue that I was told has now been fixed but it clearly has not. I was getting 5 mbs last night, that is seriously bad.

I am paying for other internet services like amazon prime and I cannot watch a single movie on there because of buffering or as it reports low bandwidth which is an issue for EE, not anything I am doing wrong.

Everything has been fine since I joined EE but its now become unusable as an internet provider it really si bad, I am paying for EE & other things that I cannot use, Im throwing money down the drain atm.

It's happening to me right now constant buffering every 30 seconds. It's so annoying and for the price I want better.

I just want to chill out and forget the realty of living in a Tory Britain.

  It's getting frustrating.

 Please sort it ASAP

Hi @Daio62

Does the Network Status Checker show any reported problems for the area if you select the 'check status' option after entering your postcode and device?

Thanks 🙂
