received my smart 4G hub last week, phones and smart tv appear to be connected but certain apps on my tv don’t work (Netflix and Now TV) but Prime works with no issues. My son’s Xbox is also connected and is able to install game updates but he can’t join online games. I’ve done the usual hard resets on both the tv and the router but with limited success and when I’ve called I’ve been told that everything appears fine as far as EE are concerned. Any suggestions would be appreciated, but as I don’t understand tech jargon please simplify your answers! Thanks 🙂
