Hi,
I have just purchased a 120GB connected data sim. My plan is to use this as a mobile wifi hotspot for devices to connect to. I have registerd an acc with ee, activated the SIM (I can see the 120gb on the acc) but when I put the sim in the Router and connect my ipad it says "wifi connected, no internet" if I put the sim dirrectly in the ipad it works fine, but I don't want to use it in this way. I need it to work in a mobile router for other devices to connect to. Can you help?

No idea and no idea, it is in a flight case at work and worked of a data sim previously but the signal strength wasn't great so tried ee as 4G is advertised as excellent in the area

Probably it's set up for its previous network's SIM & hasn't updated itself. Check its APN/Profile is suitable for EE.
