I am a new customer and not even a few weeks had gone by and EE charged me £71 even though an advisor told me on the phone that my monthly payment for unlimited data will be no more than £21. Where does the rest of £50 went to. I need an answer.

Have you been able to view a breakdown of your bill within your EE account?
The £50 could be a deposit for service such as roaming.
