I got a rolling monthly contract as it was only needed for a few months.
I was told in the EE shop I could cancel it on "MyEE" section of the website. I've been round and round and I can't work out how to do it!
I have to cancel it tonight, I can't make phonecalls, please help! Cheers.

Hi, I have same problems with mobile broadband, gone to branch 3 times aand DID NOT CANCEL YET!!!
My monthly rolling contacts finish 18 of the every month!!!

@Gemlik : Well, I never said go to a branch. You need to phone CS or write a letter to cancel.
