Can't update 4G WiFi mobile device

On logging into my 4G WiFi TNX5-2.4 GHz device I am shown that a frimware update is available. Towards the end of the download I get an error message saying it cant be done as the device is not connected to the intrnet!

Well it was until part way through the down load

So my question is; How do I update the firmware ?

I've had a look and can't find any troubleshooting for this. I recommend having a chat with our Technical Support team. They'll do their best to help.
