Can't top up my ee mini WiFi box

Hello I put 40 pounds on the sim  that came with the box from a voucher the money went on the sim but it won't let me pick a pack it says there are no packs Available? I'm struggling with this issue

@Jo2001 : You must have a data only SIM.

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.
