I have been informed by equifax that there is an unpaid bill of £53 for a mobile broadband plan I had in the past, but I have not received that bill and don't know how to pay it. Does anybody know how I can request from EE to send me that bill so I can pay it because it is affecting my credit score?

If you cannot call 150 then you'll need to contact EE via one of their alternative numbers: https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee
