Hi @Liamstewart
Welcome to the community.
Have you tried resetting the router? There should be a reset button underneath that you can press with a paperclip/pen. Hold it in for 5 seconds and it should restore the router.
Let us know if this helps.

Hi @Liamstewart,
I'd recommend contacting BT Technical Support so a member of the team can run through some diagnostics with you.
They'll be happy to help. 🙂

Hi, did you have any luck resolving the issue in the end?
I'm having the same problem, our 4G Home Hub has good 4G signal but the wifi keeps disconnecting. It happens several times a day. The blue signal indicator light still shows good signal but the blue wifi indicator light goes out.
I contacted BT Technical Support and they told me to contact EE technical support, who then transferred me back to BT technical support who told me to contact EE technical support.
In the end the person I spoke to was very helpful and thought it might be because the router is losing signal from time to time, but when it happens the router is still showing good signal and only the wifi drops out so I suspect it could be something else. I would have thought that even if the router momentarily lost 4G signal it might lose internet connection but the wifi transmission wouldn't cut out.
When it happens the wifi networks disappear completely. It comes back after about 10-15 mins or quicker if I power off and on the router, but I shouldn't have to do that several times per day.
Another issue is that we have computers connected to the LAN port and sometimes the internet connection through the LAN port drops out be we can still use the internet over wifi.
The person I spoke to through I might need to install an external 4G antenna but EE don't cover my area so I would have to source one and fit it myself, but this is a big outlay for something that might not even fix the problem. By the time I do that and see if it would fix the problem I would probably be outside of the time period to return the router.
