Hi,
I have just fitted a pre-loaded 120gb data only SIM card valid for 12 months in my mobile wifi devices to replace the existing one which only had a few gb of data remaining. The device is working fine but when I access my account it is only showing the amount of data that remained on the previous sim. How do I get it recognise the new sim so I can monitor data usage?

No, one device, but I’ve just replaced the data sim and it was still showing the old sim numbers data amount. I’ve since added the new sims number to my account and I can now access it and check the data usage.
So all seems ok now thanks.
