Netflix error NW2-5, same on Apple TV, ITV X and Disney + fail to start programmes or films but advertising works fine?

@MattPH68 As Disney+ has nothing to do with EE and its effected also. Have you tried restarting the Apple TV ? And or your router? Turn both off for 30+ seconds and reboot

The Netflix error code NW-2-5 means that a network issue is preventing your device from connecting to Netflix
Is your box receiving a signal.
