Aircube not working - scant connection

Does anyone have an aircube? I can’t even check coverage as it’s not recognised as a device. It has a sim in, and I pay for business internet through it (it’s a very rural business so this is the only fast internet) 

It used to be excellent but recently has been cutting off at random times, in the middle of zoom meetings etc. 

Quite frustrated as chose it over satellite. Also when trying to get in touch it’s impossible. When paying so much a month, with a business account, it seems ridiculous

If you select a different device, does the Network Status Checker show any problems in your area?
