Accessing my account online?

I have an EE data only SIM which I am using for my broadband. All is fine and have been using this for well over a year.
However, I have no idea how to access my account. I pay the bill each month, but I never get a bill. I have previously tried contacting the support team but they could not even find me in the system.
Any suggestions on how I get into my account. Ultimately I want to see the contract details and when I am out of contract.

Normally to manage your account online, we just need to get your mobile broadband account linked to an EE ID, which you create here:
Once this is created, we would usually send a text to your number in order to link your products.
It is usually possible to receive these to a router too; do you know what model of router it is you're using?

You need to link your mobile BB by its mobile no. to your EE a/c.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
