I’m in France now and can’t connect to my Wi-Fi mini I was here in June worked fine now nothing any suggestions.I only have phone and iPad with me thank you

Is the WI-FI mini using a PAYG SIM? When did you last make a chargeable call or text?

Hi I used it constantly in July but I can’t connect to the mini it just says disconnected so can’t check anything the red light on the signal indicater

If the number is pay as you go and has gone into hibernation, you will need to call us on +44 7953966250 from any phone to get this looked into.
