5g wifi

Hi. I have just received my new 5g portable sim only wifi box but is not connecting (signal light is red). Is there anything i need to do before i try to connect again?

Welcome to the community.

Is the SIM card inserted correctly? Have you tried pressing the 'reset' button?

I have the same problem only got mine today and I have a red flashing light does not connect to the internet.

i have done the reset button, turned it off then on again but still cannot get connected 😭

I have the same problem and yes I have done all of the above
