I have very recently moved house to an area where wired broadband isn't really an option at all. This left me with having to opt for EE's 5g mobile wifi.
The house we have moved to is old and the range on the 5g router doesn't really do much for us.
I spoke with the EE staff member prior to taking out the 5g mobile wifi and explained that I had a TP-Link Deco M5 mesh system currently and was advised that this would be compatible with said router.
I managed to connect the first Deco to the router and set it up via the app. According to the app everything was setup and all lights were a solid green colour. However on connecting to the new Wifi via the Deco there was no internet access.
I should say, I aren't overly tech savvy when it comes to this kind of thing but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, that Deco M5 thingy ain't a channel adjustable device. Suffice to say, EE signals are as worst in some areas just as it can ever be. Seriously, they need to improvise and improve their network! Sorry, I got no other top for you.
