please help!
Ive had a 5G router since December with exterior antenna. It’s been great until the last 3 weeks, and is dropping out several times a day. I’ve tried the service checker, but it asks for a mobile device, but it’s only the router I have. My mobile is with another provider. I have to switch the router on/off to reset the router. Any help much appreciated.

On the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker, if you enter the postcode and then in the 'Your mobile device' section type WiFi a list of WiFi devices will show for you to select and you can check status for any known issues in the area, or report the problem if none are showing.
