5G Hub

Tried ordering a 5G hub but it makes me log into my account (which i have a phone contract with) and when i log in the basket is empty and will not let me add the 5G hub.

Welcome to the EE Community

What exactly is happening when you try and add the 5G Hub to your basket when logged in? Have you tried on both the app and website? 

Does it allow you to add other devices to your basket when logged in just not the 5G Hub you want or does it not let you add anything?
