5G EE: Can't login to change wifi name, incorrect password

I remember wifi password to access. But I haven't access to change the wifi device name even though I had input the right password after change when I had tapped on forget password bc I can't remember. I think I need help from the staff, I didn't find how to send an email (XXXXXXXXXXXX) to them

I have lived in Vietnam, my phone number is: +XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Additional information, when I linked to a device they noticed that I had input 11 digits.

No.I didn't. i had been inputting 10 digits, help!

Welcome to the community. Could you try the steps below please?

Go to Connection Manager or type 192.168.1.1 into your browser

Select Settings

Log in - the default username and password is:

• username: admin
• password: admin

Does that get you where you need to be?
