5G Aerial and upload speed

I have a 5G router (see pic below).  My download speed was about 100 mbps and upload about 35 mbps. I have installed an omnidirectional aerial over the weekend - LTE Antenna Outdoor 4X4 MIMO, Low Gain 3dBi | Omni 700-6000 MHz.

Since then my download speed goes up to 250 mbps, but my upload varies between 7 and 20 mbps.

Is there any reason that this might be, any setting etc that I need to change?

Thanks in advance for any help.

@IanR3  Have you tried just switching it off for 30+ seconds and then restarting it ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, I ran a full reset on it earlier

I'm unfamiliar with the specific router, does the software offer any means to identify the serving eNB/gNB? Or carrier ID/EARFCN?

That would identify the individual site you're connecting to, and may allow a pre/post-analysis.

I’m not sure it does. I need to have a look at my options here. Thanks for the idea.
