My Hitachi smart TV won't connect to my 4gee WiFi mini, it's finds it but won't connect when I put the password in, the TV does connect to a WiFi hot spot on my phone, I've try'd changing to 5gz from 2.4 that hasn't worked and I've also spoke to customer support who were unable to help... I am at this point tearing my hair out...please can anyone help..Tia..

I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer for further troubleshooting. You should be able to find contact details in your user guide.
