I have been using a 4GEE WIFI MINI hub, for the last 3 months, since moving to my new property. I checked that the 4G coverage was adequate beforehand & have since been succesfully using this product. In the last few days, the internet has been running slow on all of my devices. I get timeout errors on my laptop, when trying to access some websites. Also have problems with streaming on TV catch up programmes (IPlayer etc). This has not been a problem up until now. I have asked EE support to check any known signal erors in my postcode. They have emailed back to say that all is ok. When I check on the hub app (192.168.1.1) it is only showing one bar on the signal strength indicator. It was a stronger signal previously. The wifi signal strength indicator is showing a full strength signal. As this is occuring on all of my devices, is must either be a problem with the device, or a 4G signal problem in my area. It would be good to have some clarification on this.

Hey there @Sinpro, thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community 😊
Has this issue with your 4G WiFi been going on since you first received the device, or has it been better in the past?
It's worth having a look at our network status checker to see if there's anything happening nearby that could be affecting you.
