4g wifi box flashing red

i bought ee payg 60gb 4g mobile wifi today and it hasnt worked just keep flashing red wont let me go onto admin network just sayd no internet connection dine resets and everything

Had you purchased the box and SIM direct from ourselves? Do you have another device/phone you could test the SIM card in to confirm if its working? 

For the admin page is it 192.168.1.1 that you are trying to connect to?
