4g EE mini box keeps turning off

I’m having problems getting the 4g mini mobile broadband to stay on. I’m getting around 30 minutes but then it switches off even if it’s plugged in. Can anyone help?

I’m having the same problem. Iv reset it x 2 in 24hrs and it’s still doing the same. Also when it on occasion shows I have wifi, the display on the device switches off, is it supposed to do this?

Did you manage to fix the problem? It’s happening to my device as well.

No it’s still playing up ?. Ever since I went on the pay monthly plan ?.
