- Both my 4GEE router and BT4G homehub router connect wirelessly to various electrical items but there is no internet connection. Both routers show 2 bars but are not connecting. This has been an issue since having the service but my get around was to put the router on a timer to switch off between 3am and 5am. This worked for several months but this last 2-3 weeks I’ve had to reset it every day and switch it off and in again to get it to work. Today neither router is working. As I say, I can connect various phones, laptops and my Roku stick to the router but nothing works as the router has no internet connection. There are no known problems in the area and whenever I have engaged with that service no faults are ever found.
has EE done a firmware upgrade or something because it’s totally shredded today…
