4GEE-WIFI Dongle

I've got a mini EE dongle but every time I use it, it takes forever to get it working. I can log in to ee.co.uk and add money to the account, but I can't access add-on.ee.co.uk  to add data as you have to be using the dongle but it won't work until I've added credit (I'm assuming that's the issue).

How can I add data and get it working please?

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

What happens when you try to access the add-ons page? It is zero rated on the EE network so you should still be able to access it when you're out of data.
