Maybe somebody might know the answer, i have the 4GEE Router.
I am not too far away from the mast but my BB goes up & down never that good.
When i unplug it for say 5 mins then restart it it usually improves it a bit,so just wondering if these routers are rubbish.
I bought this one from EE a few years ago,i am wondering if i bought a decent make would it make a difference.

Hi @jockwav1
Which router do you have.
Have you checked for local issues:

As i said i have the 4GEE router which i bought from EE a couple of years ago.
There are no local issues,it has never been a great D/L speed.
I have been through tests & suggestions here before, but thought buying a good router help.

That has already been checked more than once, not showing any.
I don`t know if it`s a problem with this EE router or not.
But my d/l speeds vary a lot,i need to get this sorted out it doing my head in now.

Have you reported a problem via the status checker, or just checked for known issues, @jockwav1?
If not, I'd recommend doing that as a first step.

Hi @jockwav1,
After checking the status in your area, tap the Still having problems link, followed by Report a problem.
Hope this helps.
