4GEE Router has the SSIDs "Quanta 2G" and "Quanta 5G", no password works

Hi, we have a 4GEE Router (model number D412C57). At some point, the SSID for 5GHz and 2GHz changed to the one in the title. The admin and WiFi passwords also don't seem to work. I tried resetting it by holding down the reset button underneath for 5 seconds, then letting go, but the flashing blue light goes on forever (even if you give it hours).

What should I do? Is there a way to restore the info that's on the label?

Hi @4geehomeuser 

Quanta is the manufacturer and it's normal to see this on new devices or the carrier and WiFi band. Resetting the router will mean you need to use the original password which came on the keep me card or sticker on the device. 

Can you log into the web page? 

It maybe your device has updated when online.

Ah, should I bring the router online again? We're currently using a mobile hotspot as a "temporary" solution.
