My 4G router is constantly buffering every time I’m streaming anything can anyone help

Do you have an EE mobile, does it have similar problems when watching videos?
Does this vary depending on time of day/day of week etc?

Hi thanks for the response, no I don’t have a mobile. It can be working perfectly for ages then it’s hours of buffering. but listening to music on Alexa is fine all day. Did a speed test and it’s perfect, I have unlimited downloads I don’t know what’s else to do tried all the switching off for a while and switching it back on still doesn’t it.

Have you checked the EE Coverage Checker to see if there are any reported problems in the area when this happens?
If you enter the postcode and select 'Check Status' this will show any reported problems. If nothing is showing you can report this to us and our network team will get this looked into and keep you updated.
