I currently have a 4G SmartHub for mobile broadband and lately I have been getting occurrences where, for no rhyme or reason, my connection will go completely, and even when heading to the router page all I have is "No Internet". (no way!)
Oddly enough, the light on my Hub is saying its on and connected to the internet. Only work around is to power cycle it.
Has anyone else had this issue with their mobile broadband, if so, what do you suggest? I am considering just a factory reset at this point.

Hi @AlexStewart,
Thanks for visiting the EE Community 🙂
Just to clarify do you mean when you try and access the router admin page it fails to load at all or it loads the normal admin page and you can still amend settings etc, but it shows no signal or disconnected in the status? It is 192.168.1.1 you are accessing to confirm?
Do you have multiple devices connected and they all drop at the same time when you have this issue? Are any of them connected by an ethernet cable to the router or all wirelessly connected?
Depending on the issue, a factory reset is a step our technical team will recommend as part of our diagnostic.

Hi, thank you for getting back to me. What I mean when it doesn't load at all is as it says on the tin - though this has not been as frequent. I can confirm that it is 192.168.1.1 I am accessing.
They all drop at the same time, my phone, my PC, and any other device I have powered on and connected at that time such as a games console. They are all wirelessly connected but I plan on getting a cable to see if that makes a difference!
Below is the screenshot I have from the admin page when it went about 10 minutes ago.

I've backed up the settings so if I need to do a factory reset, not an issue!

Hi @AlexStewart
I think it could be a good idea to try that factory reset. Please give it a try and let us know if it works any better afterwards.
