4G Router

Hi, I've been using a new 4G router for a few days and it worked well. However, I ran out of data yesterday morning and topped up online. Since then it hasn't worked properly - I can sometimes get the internet to work but never more than for 10 mins.
Only the battery light showing on the router.

Does anyone know how to fix this or a number I can call? When I call the general EE number I keep getting told that opening hours have changed due to festive period, but no info on what the hours are.

 Very disappointed in the device!

Thanks so much in advance
