4G EE Wifi Mini - No Internet Connection

Hi, 4G Wifi Mini, has been working fine, now won't connect to the internet. Signal light stays red. Tried connecting via PC, still can't check for firmware updates. It's less than a year old...any idea's!

Hi Jon, fault seems to be solved…..the SIM card had locked out. I put the SIM in another phone and tried calling voice mail, had to press 1 to re-activate the SIM. Wi-Fi mini is now working again!

Have you tried restarting the device?

 

If this doesn't work, can you try resetting it using the reset button?

Hi James, I recently got a mifi from EE due to relocation. I paid a full fiber 900. And my mifi sim is not activated. And I have been DD for the services. This is absolutely diabolical.😭😭😭😭

Are you able to try the WiFi SIM card in another device or mobile to see if this works for you?
