Just got a second hand yellow wifi dongle for my caravan - inserted new sim card etc

where will I find the account name and password for logging into the secure wifi?

I don't have the 'keep me safe' card

but there is a sticker on the back with a bunch of IDs etc

is the account name and password on there? and if so - which ones are which
there's a
SSID and WIFI key - is it any of them

@swigley : From the label of your Osprey Mini you want the "SSID" as the network & the "WiFi Key" as its password to connect to it over WiFi.

If you need to login to the router itself's admin management console it's just with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" .

@swigley   The SSID is the WiFi name you’ll be looking for on your device and the password is the  password you enter to link up to the WiFi.

To have an EE account you’ll need to create one for that sim.  Please see THIS

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have a yellow and black Dongle box with an EE sim. My former laptop recognised the dongle but my new one doesn't and the password on the dongle is illegible. How can I get my password?

@CE57 : Login to your Osprey router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin". Then on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to see your WiFi password in clear & change it if you like.

Many thanks @Chris_B  and @XRaySpeX

All sorted - it took a while for the dongle to appear in my connectable WIFI list - which threw me for a bit.

Thanks for all your help and for the super quick response - sorry it's taken me so long to respond.

Cheers
