My 4G EE router is not working. None of my devices can detect it starting from this morning. I have been using it just for less than 2 days and it was workinng fine. Problems I saw for now -
1. All 4 green lights are on but none of my devices can detect the router.
2. Try switch off and on does not solve the problem. Even I switch on, the 4 lights immeditely on and none of them blinks
3. Try the reboot button but the router does not seem to reboot no matter how long I press it. All 4 green lights remains on.
I am on unlimited 4G plan btw.

Welcome to the community.
Do you know if anyone else in your area is having problems with their data service? Could you check our network status checker to see if there are any maintenance works in your area please?

Hi Chris, I don't know whether others experience data service issue but the sim card is working fine in a mobile device. The problem is with the router based on what I saw. You can refer to my first post which describes the problem.

Hi @Northerner ,
The reset button does not work for me. No matter how long I press the reset button, the router does not seem to reboot. 4 green lights remain on. No blinks, no sign of rebooting.

Are you pressing and holding the reset button for around 15 seconds?
Is there anything blocking the reset button?
