Customer service praise and compliment

HiHaving just spoken to Sam (male) from CS he  was  an  absolutely joy to speak to  in helping both me and my wife's change of plan.He was polite ,friendly and above all knowledgeable and helpful.He is without doubt a credit to EE Customer Service
