Just like to say that the EE agents that dealt with me were fantastic

I want to say that I was dealt with by some fantastic EE agents. I'm very slow with emailing etc. The agents were so patient with me. Everything I needed resolving was and then some.These guys are a credit to your company.Yours Neil O'BrienHarlow

Hands down this organisation is the worst in the UK by a country mile. Incompetent, rude, bullying I could go on. Contracts that never end. Rules made up as they go along. Phone lines that are never answered. Customer service agents who couldn't care...

HR not giving reference

Hi, I’m awaiting a reference from EE as a former employee however they are not responding to any emails. This is going to cause me to lose my job offer, is there a telephone contact for them?
