i am 24 and i have autism, i find it difficult to communicate with adults, easier to talk to people 13-16, recently instagram has made it so people under 18 cant recieve messages. now i cant talk to anyone on there! what social media sites wont block me from messaging teenagers

The demographic you describe are legally minors and given your age then you need to be seeking some help over trying trying to contact minors on social media.
