I've got unlimited data with EE and I can barely get online with it.
Ironically, the only way my signal is strong enough to get on here is by buying some EE data for £10 for 24 hours on my phone, without that getting online would be almost impossible at this time.
Is this normal? I'm not sure how else to deal with it

Also I've asked on the app and now it's logged me out of the app and I can't get back in, I was talking to a customer service advisor but now it won't let me in I'm not sure what to do.
I spent most of last week trying to connect and looks like I'm gonna spend most of this week trying to disconnect lol

Same for me too… no broadband since yesterday morning, router light is blinking in red… No mobile data, Showing “E” instead of 4G/ 5G. Customer care saying service status at my residential area is Amber initially, but received an email saying issue solved in the area, but nothing solved. No data or coverage in the area. Tried to contact customer care, the IVRS saying, unable to access account details or order replacement devices. No idea what is happening!!!
