Hi,
Can someone tell me what is going on with my broadband service?
Not been working since 11:30 this morning and getting no where with you online bots…or customer services on the phone

Same for me too… no broadband since yesterday morning, router light is blinking in red… No mobile data, Showing “E” instead of 4G/ 5G. Customer care saying service status at my residential area is Amber initially, but received an email saying issue solved in the area, but nothing solved. No data or coverage in the area. Tried to contact customer care, the IVRS saying, unable to access account details or order replacement devices. No idea what is happening!!!

For the 3rd time today my broadband has dropped.
Im struggling to get any work done
And the webpage recommended by ee to check status isn't working.
I appreciate these things happen but when you can't even see what the issue is, its more annoying.
Sincerely hoping this doesn't happen tomorrow too.

My internet & broadband has been down since 1pm today & I WFH - can anybody help or having similar issues / so not acceptable

@nomoretextsee Guess you are not aware off the outage going on affecting multiple systems off all various ISP's.

@NealB71 Yes there currently is service issues affecting multiple ISP's, nothing that you can do or EE also.
