Welcome to the community.
The first thing to try, if you haven't already, is to toggle 'Airplane Mode' on then back off. This will force your phone to search for the mobile network again.
If it still isn't working, there should be an option to report a problem on the network status checker, after you've searched your postcode. Alternatively, if you speak with our technical support team, they'll be able to check everything from our side.
