Kieran (I think) at the Telford shopping centre today was awesome. Listemed to my issue ans found discounts I wasn't aware off! Walked in asking how to upgrade a phone without upgrading a plan. Walked out with a brand new phone and a discount I didn't know I could claim. And even chamged my sim because apparently it went out of date when the dinosairs did and I hadn't a clue! Top Notch customer service, as always!!

Just spoke to EE guide Tom from the Lincoln Office. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly came up with a practical solution to our issue. Tom is a huge credit to the EE team. As a new customer of EE, it makes me feel very positive that there are skilled professionals such as Tom working with customers. Tom deserves a raise! He is an absolute superstar 🙂

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to one of your customer service team. The individual's name is Ryn. I contacted him on Monday 12th October 2026 with quite a few items I needed help with concerning my EE account. Not only was he incredibly capable and helpful but his style of delivering effective customer service was fantastic. I hope EE know just how fortunate they are to have such an individual on their team.

Well done Ryn. Not only does he have the most beautiful accent but he knows how to deliver first rate customer service.
