Eashan from the EE store in Bon Accord, Aberdeen was amazing today. Super knowledgeable and helpful. He had my teenager back up and running with her phone when Apple couldn’t help. Honestly, give him a bonus or payrise or something!! 10/10

Earlier today (07/09/2026) spoke to one of your agents, her name is Amina. She very kindly walked me through the whole process of set up (including which wire to put where as embarrassingly I had no idea) and kindly guided me via online video (from my mobile camera). She was very patient,  knowledgeable and polite and well spoken. Even offered to kindly help me connect my printer once new router was up and running. Fantastic service. Thank you. Going to highly recommend your service to everyone.

Spoke to Chris from Accrington Lancashire today regarding broadband installation issues and he was absolutely brilliant. Had spoken to someone previously who said there’s nothing they could do, however chris found us a solution and was so kind and understanding. I’m not one to leave a review usually but his level of customer service deserves to be recognised!!

I visited the Winsford EE shop on the 6th & 8th of September and I wanted to say that Meg and Jonty were amazing! I don’t usually leave reviews but they were very very helpful and lovely and they were beyond amazing with my two young children to the point where my daughter said “mummy thank you for taking us out to the phone shop😂“  they talked me through everything to do with getting a phone and answered all of my questions amazingly. What was a task I was dreading to do was made so much easier by them both even to the point that my kids enjoyed the outing. They really deserve to be recognised for genuine and  brilliant customer service, thank you x
