I hope this is an appropriate place to comment, had to search for it. But I want to say I am EXTREMELY impressed with Habiba, she didn't really seem to want to tell me h was too humble to accept praise, she just said me telling her personally was enough!). She works in broadband team.
I was waiting in total for almost TWO years to get broadband, made multiple calls and didn't get anywhere (openreach were the problem). One day I was lucky enough to get through to Habiba who really seemed like she cared! She spent ages getting to the bottom of the story, escalated it up to a complaint with Openreach and went out of her way to keep me updated, even contacting me on her annual leave (when I told her to please just chill and enjoy her holiday!). She updated me several times, each time sticking to her promise calling it emailing her when she said she would. Thanks to her perseverance she sorted in a couple of weeks what noone else could sort out in two years! This has made EE £65 a month of my business and it's made me a very happy customer. As someone who employs people I have to say I know a gem when I see one. This lady deserves to go far. Thanks again Habiba!
PS I kept asking how can I please leave a compliment and she just wouldn't tell me, was too humble. So I had to search for this. Incredible! SK
